new bistro and bar now open
The space under the Vortex has undergone a transformation over the last few weeks and is now open.
New modern, simple food is on the cards, and with all the produce sourced locally and no fixed menu, the ochre works is set to provide some of the freshest meals around.
As the weather warms up, Gillett Square will be a perfect setting for al fresco wining and dining.
All kinds of events are planned for the Square this summer and the ochre works will be supporting the programme of events.
From Monday 5 May, the ochre works will also be open during the day, providing freshly made sandwiches, homemade soup, salads and coffee to die for.
All your lunchtime needs will be available to eat in, out on the square or as a take-away to your home or office.
