Booking tickets online

On-line bookings are made by credit card through 'We Got Tickets' – a secure, external independent website.*

To book tickets for an event go to the programme page and click on the book online link next to the date and time details of the gig.

How does it work?

There are no physical tickets with the We Got Tickets system. We don't send anything to you in the post. This means you can order tickets right up to the day of the event!

When you buy an event ticket through the site you will be issued with a booking reference number.

This number will be displayed on the screen when you have completed your order. This is your 'ticket' - please make a note of this reference number.

We Got Tickets will also email your booking reference number to you. You should receive your email about 30 minutes after your order is confirmed.

Bring either a copy of the email or the booking reference number when you come to the gig.

What if I can't go?

All ticket face values and booking fees are non-refundable.

For most events you may transfer your ticket(s) - 'reallocate' them - to someone else, although it is not permitted to re-sell your ticket(s) in any situation.

We reserve the right to withdraw your tickets if we suspect you have re-sold them.

Reallocating tickets

This enables you to change the names on your tickets. You only need to change the name on your tickets if:
- you have bought tickets on behalf of someone else and you will not be attending the event yourself or
- the other members of your party will not be arriving with you

If you are the named ticket holder, you will be attending the event, and if everyone in your party is arriving together, you will be able to redeem all the tickets with just your ID and booking reference details. You do not have to give us any other names.

For most events you may reallocate tickets up until midnight the day before the event or midnight on Thursday for events on over the weekend. For some events reallocation may be limited to within 2hrs after purchase, for some events reallocation may be disabled all together, in either case this will be stated on the event page.

If you need to reallocate your ticket(s) to other names:

- login to the WGT site
- go to the 'My Tickets' area of your account
- click on 'reallocate'

What if the event is cancelled?

Normally, we will contact you via the email address you have given us to let you know in advance that the event has been cancelled. Please note that this is not always possible if, for example, the cancellation is at the eleventh hour.

If an event is cancelled, we will usually offer a refund of the ticket face value. If the event is postponed, tickets will usually be valid for the re-arranged date. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable in all cases.
