DESCRIPTION:Since its inception some years ago Mopomoso’s end of year improvisorama has become a focal point for musicians to come and play a series short sets\, meet old friends and make new ones. Please check the website for updateswww.mopomoso.com\n\nTrio Rewind\n\nNoel Taylor – bass /soprano clarinets\, Tom Wheatley – bass\, John Garcia – tiplé with guest Tommaso Vespo (piano) Following a successful debut in March 2013 the trio have continued to develop the opportunities afforded by a line up that includes the not so often heard Columbian tiplé. They are joined by the Berlin based Italian Tommaso Vespo on a first visit to the UK\n\n+\n\nWire Assembly\n\nIan Simpson (electric guitar)\, John Jasnoch (electric guitar)\,Neil Carver (electric guitar) trio All things strings\, all things electric. A fine group of dedicated pickers from the North of England here to promote the release of a new CD. Jasnoch and Simpson were here last year as part of six piece Kipple. Good to see Neil Carver make a Mopomoso debut\n\n+\n\nAlice Eldridge (cello)\, Satoko Fukuda (violin)\, John Russell (guitar) trio\n\nFrom very different backgrounds all three musicians have a joint willingness to share the musical space making for a music of uncompromising subtleness and beauty.
