DESCRIPTION:The very popular music sessions for parents and little ones (0-5 yr olds).  Described as "uplifting and energising" and "such a fun\, high quality experience".   These interactive\, energetic sessions involve learning songs from around the world and original tunes and combining them with a bit of a workout!   Tots Tunes is a chance for local hackney parents to have a bit of fun\, listen to and sing some quality ‘non baby’ acoustic music.\n\nExpect to hear new tunes\, revamped tunes\, folk tunes.\n\n \n\nAll sessions are accompanied by cello and djembe.\n\nThursdays 10am and 11am  £6 (all classes drop-in so no need to book)\n\n

Their sound results from a deep understanding of different musical styles and from their extensive collaborations with artists from around the world. Their material often expresses a deep social and political awareness\, drawing on folk songs and re-workings of revolutionary anthems. \n\nKefaya's highly anticipated debut album ‘Radio International’ was recorded during travels and collaborations with musicians across India\, Palestine\, Spain\, Italy & the UK and features an array of virtuoso musicians\, including Nicki Wells\, Alessia Tondo\, Chico Pere\, Deborshee Bhattarcharjee\, Ahmed Eriqat and many more. It will be released later this year.
