DESCRIPTION:Clark Tracey - Drums\nHenry Armburg Jennings - Trumpet\nChris Maddock - Saxes\nHarry Bolt - Piano\nDaniel Casimir - Bass\n\nNow in its 4th year together\, this latest group of award winning drummer Clark Tracey typically features some of today's outstanding young musicians.  Following their leader's hardcore commitment to straight ahead jazz\, the band will be performing some material from their recently released new CD\, "Jubilation".  Clark was the recipient of this year's British Jazz Awards for Best Drums category\, having turned professional in 1978 and spent 35 years as drummer for his father\, Stan Tracey.  He has led his own groups since the early Eighties\, many of them producing some of today's greatest jazz musicians.  Still working as a freelance drummer and as a tutor at Birmingham Conservatoire\, Clark's main focus is now on his own group\, this date being part of a national tour.
