DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nThe annual Match&Fuse London festival brings together the most compelling bands emerging across Europe in a 2-day event with 22 different acts from 14 countries. Borderless and genre-less\, it is all about European exchange – something particularly poignant at present.\n\nLong-standing partner\, The Vortex hosts the most eclectic acts on the festival's Saturday night ranging from the twisted beats of Klavikon's prepared solo piano (UK) to the grunge improv of Lithuanian Sheep Got Waxed.\n\n\n\nScandinavian ideas range from avant-pop of Color Dolor (FI) and Antler (NO) fronted by Natali Abrahamsen Garner\, to the intense\, tribal quartet Soil Collectors with vocalist Isabel Sörling whose collaboration with Leafcutter John was a highlight of last year's festival.\n\n\n\n \n\nPiano trio\, Chat Noir (IT) evoke ambient experiments in electronic as well as acoustic forms\, whilst foursome\, Big Bad Wolf (UK) lead with electric trombone and guitar to create spacious sounds with hints of groove.
