With an unusual lineup\, they explore timbre and texture through songs and innovative\, empathetic improvising.\n\nWith the addition of 2 more voices\, violin and guitar\, TreeClimbers explore timbre and texture through songs and innovative\, empathetic improvising.\n\n[embed]https://youtu.be/JsdbA38B-KI[/embed]\nSecond Set 9.45pm: Maria Chiara Argirò Quintet\nMaria Chiara Argirò - Piano/Synths/Compositions\n\nSam Rapley - Tenor Sax/Clarinet\n\nTal Janes - Guitar/Effects\n\nAndrea Di Biase - Double Bass\n\nGaspar Sena - Drums\n\nMaria Chiara Argirò is an Italian pianist\, keyboard player and composer who currently lives in London. After going on tour with These New Puritans and many more bands\, Argirò started to colour her jazz with a twist of contemporary genres. With the release of her debut album 'The Fall Dance' at the end of 2016\, you can hear how she has pulled away from traditional jazz and started to create her own sound. In that vein\, the album is a collection of jazz instrumentals that aims to get people excited about the genre again.
