She lives in this magical Trans-Atlantic space\, thoughtfully exploring the unexpected connections between jazz and Cape Verdean culture.\n\n \n\nVirtuosic yet warm\, stunning and welcoming\, Souza\, with support from long-time musical collaborator bassist THEO PASCAL and drummer ELIAS KACOMANOLIS captures all the possibilities of her Cape Verdean roots with earthy wisdom and cerebral swing. In CREOLOGY\, album nº8\, Carmen Souza & Theo Pascal take us on a musical journey through the route of the Creole Nation sounds.
