SUMMARY:Vortex discussion 73 - Live streaming: Still relevant or time to be re-interred?
DESCRIPTION:As we re-emerge from lockdown\, is livestreaming to be thought of as something that is now no longer relevant as return to a world of live concerts or what relevance does it continue to hold?\n\nMany think that we now return to a world as before\, as we come out of the forced hibernation due to the pandemic. But is that really true. How important might livestreaming and indeed other streams be now? Are gigs/concerts really "back"? Is radio once again taking on the role it had before? Likewise the recorded sector\, where we used gladly to buy physical products (such as CDs or indeed vinyl)?\n\nThis is part of the continued discussions that are being held weekly online\, and hosted by Oliver Weindling\, Vortex director. Open to all. Zoom link below.\n\n\n\nTopic: Vortex discussion - Live streaming: Still relevant or time to be re-interred?\nTime: Sep 29\, 2021 05:30 PM London\n\nJoin Zoom Meeting\nhttps://us02web.zoom.us/j/81058756999?pwd=YzJQSkF4bjQySHBrRHRGQVk1eS9VQT09\n\nMeeting ID: 810 5875 6999\nPasscode: 476592\n\n \n\n
