His style is instantly recognisable and his compositions continue to delight and challenge audiences more than 80 years after he was first hired as the house pianist at Minton’s in 1940 and helped to usher in a revolution in modern music.\n\nExpect some well known favourites and a few less commonly played tunes as we spend an evening getting into the spirit of Monk.\n\nBar open throughout the night serving a selection of draught beers and bottles\, wines and cocktails.
