Featuring two young pianist/composers leading their own quartets\, this is a night to celebrate the talent and creativity of the musicians shaping the jazz sound of London today.\n\nWhilst currently studying at Trinity Laban\, Kezia Abuoma has already performed at The Jazz Cafe\, Pizza Express Live Holborn and Dizzy’s Club at the Lincoln Centre\, New York. Alongside her quartet\, Kezia will be playing a mix of her original compositions which take inspiration from the music of Wayne Shorter\, Herbie Hancock and Mccoy Tyner as well as some fresh interpretations of the music that has inspired her.\n\nA fellow student at Trinity Laban\, Ky Osborne approaches jazz from new angles\, exploring both his roots in Senegalese Mande music and his fascination with modern hip hop. His playing harkens back to greats such as Oscar Peterson and Ahmad Jamal\, but brings his own outgoing\, modern perspective.\n\n \n\nMore About Tomorrow’s Warriors\n\nFor over 30 years\, Tomorrow’s Warriors has played a vital role within its community and the wider music industry and has been credited with literally changing the face of UK jazz.\n\nFree access to Tomorrow’s Warriors artistic programme has proved crucial in nurturing the nascent talent and early careers of so many of the most exciting UK artists currently tearing up the international jazz scene including Mercury Prize 2023 winners Ezra Collective\, Moses Boyd\, Nubya Garcia\, Shabaka Hutchings and Sons of Kemet\, ESKA\, Jason Yarde\, Denys Baptiste\, Robert Mitchell\, Soweto Kinch\, Shirley Tetteh\, Byron Wallen...the list goes on.\n\n“Tomorrow's Warriors occupies a unique and vital space in our cultural landscape.
