DESCRIPTION:Doors 6:45 PM\, Music 7:30 PM - 1 set of music\n \nLine-up:\nDaniel Kemshell - Guitar\n\nOlly Chalk - Piano\n\n \nAbout\nDaniel Kemshell and Olly Chalk first met in Birmingham over ten years ago. Since then their friendship and musicianship has blossomed through frequent collaboration. They are now working on their first album\, with material that explores themes of splintering\, brittleness in nature and telekinesis.\n\nDaniel Kemshell is a guitarist\, originally from Aberdeen\, Scotland. He actively plays an eclectic range of music: performing original music as a sideman (Byron Wallen’s Hurricane Bells\, Snackwall)\, as a performer in theatre\, and writing and recording for an upcoming release with his trio; a power-guitar-trio lineup with impressive sonic range.\n\nOlly Chalk is an improvising pianist and composer based in South-East London. Described as 'ferocious and original’ and a ‘virtuoso with a compelling and unique musical vision’\, Chalk is a refreshing\, iconoclastic voice in contemporary British improvised music.\n \nImpromptus de Daniel Kemshell & Olly Chalk
