He is currently based in New York studying for a Masters at Manhattan School of Music on a scholarship. He received a “First” from the Royal Academy of Music in London. Nominated by Gilad Hekselman and Lage Lund\, he received the single “fully funded place” at the Siena Jazz Festival and Summer Workshop. He won the Des Simmonds young guitarist award\, a full scholarship to study at The Purcell School of Music and won the guitar chair at the National Youth Jazz Orchestra at age 18.\n\nHe is highly in demand across the UK\, the USA and Europe and has performed his own music at venues such as: Royal Albert Hall\, The Vortex Jazz Club\, Ronnie Scotts\, Dizzy’s Club (Lincoln centre NYC)\, the Owl (Brooklyn)\, Copenhagen Jazz Festival and Aarhus Jazz Festival.\n\nAs a side person he has worked with highly acclaimed artists such as: Jamie Cullum\, Jason Rebello\, Rasmus Sørensen\, Felix Moseholm (Brad Mehldau) Giacomo Smith\, Seed Ensemble\, Jason Brown and Alexandra Ridout.\n\nHis debut album\, released on the Fresh Sound label in November 2023 features all original compositions which draw on literature\, film and music in equal measure.\n\n \n\nhttps://open.spotify.com/album/68agP7qQ2NpXU7BqNbhgEf?si=XlJMT5wPROyIRMahq-T1Lg
