BLOW THE FUSE PRESENTS: ARQ + COHEN | HEINEN

The first in a new season for 2016 of Blow the Fuse’s celebrated Tomorrow the Moon series. Double bass player Alison Rayner leads her stunning quintet with brilliant support from Rachael Cohen and Bruno Heinen.

Since their acclaimed first album ‘August’ was released in October 2014, the band have been touring nationally. A second album is planned for 2016. Expect terrific grooves, poignant melodies and fluid improvisation; influences as diverse as funk, folk, and Afro-Cuban dance music.

Originally hailing from the Shetland Isles, now a London-based alto saxophonist and composer, and one of the brightest emerging stars of her generation.
