The Vortex welcomes you for the second event of the Jazz and Wine tasting series on 30th January.
Collaborating once again with our in-house expert Liv Kessler, we are showcasing a selection of wine from acclaimed Dalston wine bar and importer Newcomer Wines. It’s great to work with such special local partners, and the trio of Billy Marrows.
Newcomer Wines started out as an Austrian wine importer in 2014 and has now expanded to include a range of wines from what they call “The Old New World”. They have built a reputation as much among the fans of wine as among many of our best restaurants.
Ticket prices include four generous glasses of wine and a jazz concert. We shall be serving a sparkling wine from Slovakia, a Slovenian white and Austrian orange and red wines. And you’ll learn about why the wines are interesting and tasty.
This event is welcoming to all, both newbies and old aficionados. There is something for the jazz fan with a curiosity for better drinking and the wine lover who wouldn’t mind a little dance with their booze. Come along and bring your friends.
