Described by the Guardian as ‘an electrifying live band whose grooves could wake the dead’, Let Spin are known for morphing creative individuality into an idiosyncratic and cohesive group sound.
Formed in 2013 as a happy accident, Let Spin have toured extensively ever since, playing many of Europe’s top venues and festivals, and gaining support from BBC Radio 3 and BBC 6Music on several occasions. Their eponymous debut was released in 2014 with a follow up, Let Go, released in 2015, and a third record on the way. The band is best defined by its collective spirit that explores both individual and group aesthetics in composition and performance, alongside a group empathy that gives them a rare ability to move effortlessly between thrashy punk, wistful reflection and more complex, quirky territory.
