As one of the premier bassists of his generation in the UK, Max Luthert is known for his distinctive bass sound, approach to improvisation and is quickly generating a name for himself as a composer and band leader. In the last couple of years Max has been performing around the world with artists such as Bill Laurance, Zara McFarlane, Duncan Eagles, Moses Boyd, Nubya Garcia and Gabriel Zucker.
