amigos del groove is excited to introduce the shared grooves sessions, a listening experience centered in musical presence and creating a sonic community
we’ll be taking over the upstairs of the Vortex to create an intimate space to blend with the music. expect to expand your musical horizons, share your latest find at the record store, or even noticing that subtle snare you hadn’t before in your favorite song
the session is split in two parts. the first will be curated and led by members of our collective. the second will be curated alongside attendees, so please feel free to pick a record that you love and bring it along to share
