This collaborative quartet features four of the most highly regarded jazz improvisers in Europe, specially brought together for this unique London Jazz Festival performance.

Tenor Saxophone virtuoso Tom Barford has recently released his first live album “Live at the Parakeet” featuring James Copus and Ivo Neame. He’s previously performed with the likes of Billy Cobham and Gerald Cleaver.

Guitarist Nick Costley-White is fresh off the back of a UK tour promoting his latest album Poncha ft. Julian Siegel, James Maddren and Conor Chaplin

“One of the brightest stars on the jazz scene, elegant and impressive” The Jazz Man

They’re joined by the power house rhythm section of Marc Michel and Ferg Ireland who have backed Kurt Rosenwinkel, Jason Marsalis and countless other international jazz stars.

Having known and admired all of these players for years, Guitarist Nick Costley-White has jumped at the opportunity to get these highly in demand players on stage together, performing a mix of all of their own compositions, drawing on the spontaneity and high energy of both the New York and London Jazz Scenes. This is a first meeting for this quartet and definitely not an event to miss!
