Dolphin Hyperspace is a Los Angeles based electro-jazz duo led by saxophonist Nicole McCabe & bassist Logan Kane. Widely known for legendary concerts featuringinstrumental madness amongst many synths and bonkers dance beats, Dolphin Hyperspace finds a new lane of expression within modern jazz and beat culture. They often collaborate with LA’s finest drummers, namely Louis Cole & Justin Brown. A high energy electronic jazz show at it’s finest with uniquely dynamic production- a show you’ll never forget.

For this performance, they collaborate with 23-year-old drumming prodigy Roni Kaspi, currently one of the most thrilling young talents on the drums. Famous for her work alongside bassist Avishai Cohen on “Shifting Sands,” Kaspi also leads her own project, Roniponi. In this venture, she not only composes and produces all the music but also lends her voice to the songs.

Nicole McCabe – This saxophonist and composer, hailing from Marin County, California, found her way to Los Angeles and earned her Master’s degree at the University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music. She has been mentored by musical greats such as Vince Mendoza, Patrice Rushen, and Russell Ferrante. LA has had a profound influence on her style, as she immerses herself in a vibrant music community pushing boundaries with labels like Brainfeeder and Minaret Records. Nicole has found success not only with her own music but also collaborating with names like David Binney, Louis Cole, and many others.

Logan Kane – If you’re hanging around the music scene in Los Angeles, chances are you’ve heard of bassist and composer Logan Kane. He has toured with prominent artists such as David Binney, Louis Cole, Chris Potter, Becca Stevens, Joel Ross, Steve Lehman, and Damion Reid. Inspired by the current musical resurgence in his hometown of Los Angeles, Logan Kane brings a unique and innovative compositional style to the international jazz world. Logan is also the bassist for the punk-funk band Thumpasaurus.
