Maddy is a tenor saxophone player based in London, and her band featuring Sultan Stevenson, Menelik Claffey and Zoe Pascal, has been playing together for a long time after first meeting through Tomorrow’s Warriors classes when they were younger.

Phil Robson Trio

Multi-award-winning guitarist/composer Phil Robson brings a trio to the Vortex which will play a mixture of Robson originals, classic jazz tunes (Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Joe Henderson, Billy Strayhorn etc) and choice standards from the American Songbook.
