Throughout the spring, Coco Mbassi has been lighting up the stage at renowned Parisian jazz clubs such as Le Baiser Salé and Louloute. She’s got a lineup of gigs set up for this summer, e.g Southend Jazz and Tropical Pressure festivals in the UK, and another gig at the Baiser Salé in Paris. After heading into the studio to record her next album, the UK-based French Cameroonian singer will be making a stop at the Vortex with a quartet featuring French and UK jazz musicians.
