Double bassist Olie Brice is well know to Vortex audiences, having performed here with Tony Malaby, Paul Dunmall, Evan Parker and many others. Tonight he launches the debut album by his quintet, ‘Immune To Clockwork.’ The album was released late last year on the Multikulti record label. Tonight the quintet will feature Olie on double bass, Alex Bonney on trumpet, George Crowley on tenor sax, Mike Fletcher on C-Melody sax and Jeff Williams on drums.
